Company history
2024: |
In 2024, we implemented the new version of the provider backend. The updated design ensures a streamlined process when creating and editing ads. The first AI tool is also implemented. An integration to ChatGPT which helps landlords write a detailed lease description in no time. We have introduced new features to enhance advertisement on social media. The workflows at the Ukrainian office have also been affected by the war in 2024. Jakob has been the driving force behind various humanitarian support projects. For example, the production and distribution of mobile emergency clinics to the front, as well as donating thermopads to keep the feet and hands of the Ukrainian soldiers warm during the winter.
2023: |
During the start of 2023, we have continued our support to Ukraine. We have donated to local orphanage homes and allowed our employees to volunteer in humanitarian projects. We have collaborated with Lviv International Rotary Club, and one of our colleagues, Mykola was sent to the army. We are proud to have him fighting for Ukraine. The war has affected our daily routines but has not affected our optimism and drive to service our partners globally. We have improved the new version of our provider backend and are working on redesigning the e-mail flow for both clients and providers.
2022: |
In these terrible and uncertain times for Ukraine, MatchOffice has decided to allow its employees to volunteer for as much time as they need. The war affected the company, but it didn't affect business, as the majority of the employees live and work in Lviv. MatchOffice provides 100% support to Ukraine. As for the children from the orphanages we support, they have been safely brought to Italy and Slovakia. For the first time in the history of MatchOffice, we are working with more than 11 500 flexible workspaces all over the world. After two years with lockdown, we experienced more optimism and more inquiries. The backend for providers was totally redesigned, making it very easy for a landlord to administrate their leads & locations.
2021: |
During 2021 we have completed the re-design of the site's frontend. Lot's of enhancements were made directed to help our clients. The site's infrastructure was optimized for better performance. We have great expectations for this year. Our employees are still doing a great job while working from home. We continue to implement the List View redesign for a better experience, and we enrolled 10 new orphan children to participate in the project The Future Match for Children. |
|
2020: |
In the first half of 2020, we updated our interface, changed our search engine, and added an automated Q&A, which helps answer general questions. We redesigned the entry page and detail view page to a modern and fresh layout. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, MatchOffice shifted to working from home. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been expanding and are now working with more than 11 000 business centers worldwide. During the autumn, we started the project called “The Future Match for Children”, a program that will help orphaned children in Lviv, Ukraine, learn English and improve their future in global businesses. |
|

This means that at Matchoffice.com and Lokalebasen.dk you can now find 99% of all available commercial leases in Denmark. Recent commercial real estate trends show an increasing global interest for meeting room rental. Therefore, the company focuses on this potentially large market. We manage to notably increase the number of meeting rooms on our website to meet the tenants’ demand. Moreover, new additional data is now shown in the category “shop”. Now, potential tenants can easily estimate if the premises are suitable to host a cafe or a restaurant. |

The system acts as a checklist on how to improve the quality of the ads on MatchOffice. Our Ukrainian team is growing so fast, that we need to move to a bigger office in Lviv. Moreover, our Danish department moves to their new office in Copenhagen. |
